Mentoring

• We aim to Support Artists Over 35: To serve a community of artists over the age of 35 who are returning to the industry or transitioning within it for the first time via mentoring, concert series and “The Nadine Benjamin & Robert Presley Professional Development Awards” (Note: While our focus is on those over 35, we will support younger artists whenever possible.)

• Promote Diversity: To foster a diverse culture in the worlds of opera and classical music, both on stage and in the audience.

• Enhance Well-Being: To enhance individuals' state of mind through mediation, writing and physical movement.

• Empower Through Music: To empower individuals to move beyond their "I can't" mindset and embrace their "I can" potential—because Everybody Can!

• Encourage Self-Investment: To encourage mentorship and mind coaching via the science backed method of High Performance empowering individuals to invest in themselves while recognising and valuing their unique contributions to the world.

• Celebrate the Human Voice: To celebrate the gift of the human voice, using it to heal, inspire, and bring joy to the world.
